In 2009 Community Rehabilitation Partners (CRP) was founded by Jean Bjork, Stephanie Golden, and Weda Gray. CRP joined forces with the City of San Jose to bring affordable housing to the resident's of San Jose. Through funding from the Federal National Stabilization Program (NSP), CRP is acquiring and rehabilitating vacant foreclosed homes.  

Mission Statement

It is the Mission of Community Rehabilitation Partners (CRP) to undertake and accomplish the desired goals of government programs such as the National Stabilization Program (NSP). The goal of CRP, a residential development company, is to provide services to government agencies by purchasing, redeveloping/rehabilitating, and selling residential properties for the benefit of low- and moderate-income persons.  It is CRP's objective to provide excellent service, craftsmanship, product, value, timeliness, and goodwill in order to benefit the communities in which they serve. In order for CRP to conduct the goals of the contracted programs, CRP must place emphasis on providing teamwork, knowledge and hard work to achieve a profitable thus successful company.
